- Newsletter #2 - Sent two weeks before the field trip (Friday 10 May)
- Newsletter #3 - Sent one to two days before the field trip (Friday 24 May)
- Newsletter #4 - Sent one to two days after the field trip (Tuesday 4 June)
- Newsletter #5 - Sent one month after the field trip (Wednesday 26 June)
